Afghani chicken kebabs

 Afghani chicken kebabs  is most simple delicious healthy kebabs.  Serve with mint chutney or mayo. INGREDIENTS Chicken boneless - 1/2 kg Ginger garlic paste -1 teaspoon Kasthoori methi - 1 teaspoon Fresh cream - 3 tablespoon Yogurt - 1 teaspoon Cashew - 1 tablespoon Green chilli - 4 Pepper -  1/2 teaspoon Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric - pinch Oil as u want METHOD Take 1 table spoon cashew (approx. 7 to 8) soak in water. for 15 minutes. Blend the cashew and chilli  make a paste. STEP 1 Add Ginger garlic paste,  Pepper, Garam masala, Turmeric, Kasthoori methi, Yogurt, Fresh cream, lemon juice and Salt with boneless Chicken with ground paste let it marinate for 2 to 5 hours. .  STEP 2  Shallow fry the Chicken in heavy bottomed pan for 20 minutes in medium flame  (U can also use grill or oven.).u Chicken is ready.
