Healthy summer juices

HEALTHY JUICE - I have made  three type of juices. We have to consume it at least weekly 3 times. Carrot juice , Beet root amla juice, Water melon juice. healthy summer juices.  BEET ROOT AMLA JUICE INGREDIENTS  Beet root - 1 nos Goose berry - 2 nos ( medium size) Grapes - small bunch sugar (optional) Method clean it and  Blend all ingredients, beet root, goose berry. grapes, and water. Filter it into the glass, serve it. benefits of Juice   Gooseberry- It is  rich source of vitamin c,  boost immunity system. It supports to gets healthy ,skin, eyes and hair.  It helps to maintain healthy heart and digestion. Beet root - beet root is great source  of  fiber. folate, manganese, potassium, iron and vitamin c. Control blood pressure, cleanses blood vessel, Improves liver function, blood flow, lower blood pleasure. Grapes -  Rich source in vitamin c and k. Arabian chicken kabsah

Arabian Chicken kabsa -  Also known as majboos,  famous in Arabian cuisine.Classic Arabian dish. INGREDIENTS Basmathi rice - 600 gm ( 2.5 cups) Chicken   - 1/2 kg Onion -  200 gm( 2 cup) Tomato puree -  100 gm (1 cup) 1 lemon zest Curd/ yogurt - 3 tablespoon Ginger paste - 1.5 teaspoon Garlic paste - 1.5 teaspoon Chilly powder - 1 teaspoon Coriander powder - 1.5 teaspoon Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon grounded masala - 2 teaspoon Salt as required ( I used 5 teaspoon) cashew  for garnishing Oil - 120 ml Butter - 2 tablespoon Ingredients for grind Cinnamon - 3 sticks(1 inch) Gloves - 10 nos Cardamon - 5 nos Pepper - 1 teaspoon Nutmeg - small piece  or 1 pinch of nutmeg powder, Grind all of them PREPARATION  Slit and Marinate chicken  with 1 teaspoon of salt, pinch of turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon  of ginger and garlic paste, 3 tablespoon of curd. for 20 minutes keep aside. Stuffed brinjal curry| Gutti vankaya curry| koora

Stuffed brinjal curry - Also known as gutti vankaya curry or koora, this recipe is famous in Andhra.  I have tried this recipe, came out very well. I got this recipe from my friend from Andhra. this curry goes well with biriyani. chapathi, rasam.. etc. Let get starter. INGREDIENTS Brinjal - 5 nos Onion - 1 big Tomato - 1 big Curry leaves  Mustard seed - 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon Cinnamon - 1 inch Salt Oil - 3 Tablespoon Ingredients for grind Coriander seeds - 2 tablespoon Ground nut - 4 tablespoon Channa dal  Split chickpeas - 2 tablespoon Dry red chilly - 10 nos Garlic  - 6 nos salt as required PREPARATION  FOR MASALA Heat oil in the pan at medium flame .  Roast  coriander seeds  for 2 minutes, channa dal for 2 minutes  , dry red chilly for 2 minutes .Ground nut for 5 min to become crunchy. Roast them seperate,  roast until aroma comes out. Take them in bowl. Now take all the roasted ingredients , ground nut, coriander seeds. channa dal, dry red chilly, in a blender to grind

Shahi tukda

Shahi tukda is simple and Hyderabad delight. is a mughal dessert. Lets get started. https://jennissimplecooking.blogspot.com/2020/05/cocktail-samosa-samsa.html INGREDIENTS Milk - 300 ml Condensed milk - 2 Tablespoon White bread- 4 to 5 Sugar 1  teaspoon Ghee as required PREPARATION Soak the almond for 30 minutes or over night. Peel the skin. Grind the almond and milk coarsely. or can also make without almond paste. To make Rabdi, Heat  milk, add 1 pinch of saffron. Add almond paste.   Heat this in medium flame. To get thick and creamy consistency. Add condensed milk. Toast bread in ghee.  Arrange the bread on plate. pour rabdi onto the bread. Method 2  For rabdi  do not use condensed milk. it will gives more sweetness.. Fry the bread into the oil in high flame for few seconds. Use fresh oil. Make  sugar syrup. 2cup of water, 1/2 cup of sugar. Dip the bread into the sugar syrup. for 5 minutes. if you want soft dip it for 15 minutes. Arrange the bread on the plate .  Make topping with mi
