Healthy summer juices

HEALTHY JUICE - I have made  three type of juices. We have to consume it at least weekly 3 times. Carrot juice , Beet root amla juice, Water melon juice. healthy summer juices.

 BEET ROOT AMLA JUICE




INGREDIENTS 

Beet root - 1 nos
Goose berry - 2 nos ( medium size)
Grapes - small bunch
sugar (optional)

Method
clean it and  Blend all ingredients, beet root, goose berry. grapes, and water.
Filter it into the glass, serve it.

 Gooseberry- It is  rich source of vitamin c,  boost immunity system.
It supports to gets healthy ,skin, eyes and hair.
 It helps to maintain healthy heart and digestion.
Beet root - beet root is great source  of  fiber. folate, manganese, potassium, iron and vitamin c.
Control blood pressure, cleanses blood vessel, Improves liver function, blood flow, lower blood pleasure.
Grapes -  Rich source in vitamin c and k. High in Anti oxidant, prevent cancer. 

CARROT JUICE

INGREDIENTS

Carrot - 1 nos
Coconut - 3 pieces
Cardamon - 2 nos
Brown sugar or sugar - 4 teaspoon

Method 
 
Take carrot, Coconut, cardamon, brow sugar, and water grind it 
Filter mixture into the glasses serve it cold.



Carrot - It is great source of vitamin A, beta carotene , fiber, potassium.
It helps to improve vision, good for skin.

Water melon juice

Water melon - 1/2 portion
Mint - 2 to 3 nos

Method 

Blend the ingredients, water melon, mint, without water and seeds. 
mix it wellz serve.


Benefits

Water melon has  high  water content.( 92 % of water content).
 This makes body hydrated and helps u feel full.

Yellow rice with chicken curry

  Yellow rice made with turmeric powder and saffron goes well with chicken curry. Ingredients Jeeraga samba rice or jasmine rice - 1 cup (250 gram) Water - 2 cup Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon Onion - 1 medium sized Cinnamon - 1 inch Cardamon - 1  Cloves - 2 Turmeric powder - ¼ teaspoon Red chilli powder - ½ teaspoon Coriander powder - ½ teaspoon Pinch of saffron sock in the water Stone flower or Kadal paasi - small size Butter - 1 tablespoon PREPARATION Heat butter or ghee in a large saucepan.
