Banana cake

  Banana cake Ingredients Banana - 3 ripped banana  All-purpose flour - 1 ½ cup Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup Condensed milk - ½ cup Baking powder - 1 teaspoon Baking soda - ¼ teaspoon Salt - ¼  Yogurt - ¼ cup Unflavored oil - ¼ cup Preparation Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease the loaf pan and line it with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, add the mashed bananas, yogurt, oil, brown sugar, vanilla essence and condensed milk. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk. In a bowl, sift together the dry ingredients: all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Combine the wet and dry ingredients using a spatula with a cut and fold method. Add 1/2 cup milk, mix it well. Pour the cake batter into the loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes. Test for doneness by inserting a toothpick; the cake is done when the toothpick comes out clean.
