  Tomato masala noodles Noodles recipe  Ingredients  Noodles - 500 gram Tomato - 2 medium sized Minced garlic - 1 tablespoon Olive oil -2 tablespoons Kashmiri chilli - 7 to 10 Curry masala(any) - 1 tablespoon Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon salt Capsicum - ½ cup  Cabbage - ½ cup Green peas - ½ cup Carrot - ¼ cup Spring onion Optional add - ins We can replace minced meat, boneless chicken, shrimp, instead of vegetables. Or we add meat along with vegetables for non veg version Tomato masala noodles Tomato puree Boil: In a saucepan, boil 2 large tomatoes and 10 kashmiri chillies for 10 minutes until skins start to peel. Blend: Drain, let them cool completely, then blend into a smooth paste. Set aside. Noodles Cook noodles : Boil noodles in salted water until al dente.   Banana cake Ingredients Banana - 3 ripped banana  All-purpose flour - 1 ½ cup Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup Condensed milk - ½ cup Baking powder - 1 teaspoon Baking soda - ¼ teaspoon Salt - ¼  Yogurt - ¼ cup Unflavored oil - ¼ cup Preparation Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease the loaf pan and line it with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, add the mashed bananas, yogurt, oil, brown sugar, vanilla essence and condensed milk. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk. In a bowl, sift together the dry ingredients: all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Combine the wet and dry ingredients using a spatula with a cut and fold method. Add 1/2 cup milk, mix it well. Pour the cake batter into the loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes. Test for doneness by inserting a toothpick; the cake is done when the toothpick comes out clean.
