Vegetable pulao

Vegetable pulao is the one of easiest and delicious lunch box  vegetarian recipes. If you want something special and healthy in no time this is the one to go with. I would say vegetable pulao is the best way to make your children eat vegetables. You can opt to pack this as lunch for schools and offices, take this to tour, serve as one of the dishes in the feast etc. Onion Raita can be a simple side dish. To make it more special on some occasions, serving any sort of gravy makes your lunch extra special. Having 4 to 5 balls is enough to skip any meals .You can also serve this as an evening snack rather than opting for any junks.  children do love this .All you need is boneless mutton. We can also use ready made minced meat.  INGREDIENTS 250 Gram of minced meat 10 shallot 1/2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste  1 teaspoon of Coriander leaf 1teaspoon of Curd. 1 teaspoon of Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon of Cumin powder  1/2  teaspoon of  Chilly powder 1/4 teaspoon of Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon of Garam masala OR Biryani masala' oil to fry salt to taste FOR GRINDING Roasted gram (Pottu Kadalai) 2 tablespoon, grind it to a powder.
