Qatayef recipe

 Qatayef, also called as katayef,  Katayef is an Arabian dessert. It is folded pancake, filled with cream, mozzarella cheese or nuts. Ingredients Flour - 2 cup Semoline - 1/2 cup Baking soda -1/2 teaspoon Yeast - 1/2  teaspoon Sugar - 1 tablespoon Ingredients for filling ( This step is optional, you can fill any kind of cream with nuts.) Custard powder - 1 teaspoon corn starch - 1 teaspoon milk - 1 cup Sugar - 3 tablespoon Vanilla essence or  Rose essence - 1 teaspoon For sugar syrup Sugar - 1/2 cup Water - 1 cup Cardamom - 2 Preparation In mixing bowl, add all dry ingredients, flour, semolina, baking powder, yeast, sugar. Mix it well. Add water to get batter consistency. leave it for 30 minutes. For cream In a sauce pan, add custard powder, corn flour, milk, vanilla essence and sugar, heat it, stir it continuously. until it turn into a paste. Then add tutties fruity. mix it well. Korean Fried chicken

Hot and tangy Korean fried chicken. Ingredients Chicken - 500 gm Red chilly paste - 6 nos Tomato sauce - 1/4 cup Garlic - 5  Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic  paste - 1 teaspoon Corn flour - 1/4 cup Rice flour - 1/4 cup oil for fry 3 tablespoon oil for sauce salt to taste For grind Preparation   Marinate the chicken with Milk , pepper, ginger garlic paste,turmeric and salt. Keep it for 2 hours. Marinate Take corn flour and rice flour  mixed in plate, Then coat the chicken with these flours thoroughly. Heat oil, fry the chicken for 10  minutes until chicken lightly, crisped and golden. Let it rest. We have to do double fry. Fry it again until skin get crunchy and crisp. To make sauce  Heat a sauce pan in low - medium  flame, add oil, add garlic,  roast it until garlic turns slightly golden color. .   Then add red chilly paste saute it till it aroma comes out. Add soy sauce, chilly sauce, salt and lemon juice or vinegar. Add 1/4 cup of water. Stir it till sauce gets slightly thicke

Chap shoro recipe

Chap shuro is traditional recipe of Gilgit Batistan. Chap shuro is made with keema. You can do this with variety of stuffings like mutton keema, minced chicken, and panneer etc.   Ingredients Chicken - 250 gm Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon Chilly powder - 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder -1/2 teaspoon Green chilly - 2  mint leaves - small amount Coriander leaves - small amount Salt to taste Ingredients for dough Wheat flour - 2 cup Baking soda -  1/4 teaspoon Sugar - 1 teaspoon Ghee or oil - 1 teaspoon Salt - as required Preparation of dough Take a bowl, add wheat flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, ghee or oil, mix it well. Add water gradually, make into soft dough, keep it for 30 minutes. To grind In mixie jar, add small amount of coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilly. blend it coarsely. grind it Preparation for filling  Take minced chicken in bowl.
