Onion pakoda in Airfriyer

  Onion pakoda is a crispy Indian snack spiced fritter, made mainly with onion and gram flour. This is a healthy version I made in the air fryer, using very little oil while keeping all the tradional flavor and crunch. Ingredients  Onion - 1 large thinly sliced Besan (gram flour): ½ cup Rice flour: 2 tbsp chilli powder 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder- ¼ teaspoon Ajwain/ carom seeds: ½ tsp Coriander seeds: ½ tsp crush between palms Fennel seeds: ½ tsp Curry leaves 8 to 10 Baking soda 1 pinch (optional) Salt to taste Oil for brushing Preparation Slice the onion thin. Add salt rest for 10 minutes, if you want to add 100 grams of cabbage, it’s completely optional. Add besan flour, rice flour, Chilli powder, turmeric powder. Salt, and ajwain. Add Fennel seeds, coriander seeds, curry leaves and baking soda optional Add a little water. Mix the batter. The batter should coat the onion and clump together.
