Milk Sponge cake

Hi Today's recipe i have prepared milk sponge cake in cooker or oven. it comes very well.







Ingredients

All purpose flour - 100 gm
sugar -100 gm
egg - 3 nos
butter - 100 gm
milk - 100 gm
vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon


Preparation

 Separate  egg white and egg yolk in mixing bowls.


 

Blend the egg white with sugar using blender, Add 3 portion of sugar, blend it for 5 minutes, until to get creamy consistency keep aside.




Whisk the egg yolk in the bowl until it turns light yellow.
Melt butter with milk.


 




 Mix the ingredients, butter, milk, egg yolk, vanilla essence.
Then sieve, all purpose flour and baking powder in to egg yolk mixture.
whisk it thoroughly without lumps.
Then mix with egg white gently. use whisk or spatula, do not break the bubbles. mix it in same direction.
To get cake batter.
Making of cooker

Grease butter in cooker, And sprinkle all purpose flour, pour cake batter directly. close with cooker lid without whistle. or close with aluminium foil, put some holes on the top. cook in low flame for 30 min.
 
 

making in oven

Preheat the oven for 350 degrees F, bake for 40 min, until it turns golden on top, Reduce heat based on oven. Insert toothpick or knife , it should come out clean.

Yellow rice with chicken curry

  Yellow rice made with turmeric powder and saffron goes well with chicken curry.
