Healthy ladoo

Hello all,  in this busy days, we are relying on the packed items/ snacks to fulfill our cravings. But have we ever given a thought if what we opting for are healthy items to satisfy ourselves, To ensure we live healthy it is mandatory spend some quality time. The recipe down here to proves to be a healthy one and help body attain maximum required micronutrients and protein. it also take less time tp prepare.


 



Ingredients

Roasted peanuts -   1/2 cup
Almond - 1/2 cup
Cashews - 1/2 cup
Dates finely chopped - 1/2 cup
Raisins - 1/4 cup
poppy seeds - 1/4 cup
shredded coconut - 1/4 cup
ghee - 1 tablespoon
jaggery - 1/3 cup

Preparation

Grind roasted peanuts, almond, cashew, raisins, poppy seeds, coconut.
Take a pan,  Add ghee, jaggery and chopped dates and roast it for a minutes.
Know add those grinned nuts and mix it with the jaggery mix in low flow flame roast it for 2  minutes. until to attain sticky.
After some times of cooling( warm state), make balls out of it.
Now your snack is ready.
Replace your unhealthy snacks with such a healthy ladoo.

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, corn flour, and baking powder until well combined. Using a food processor or mixer, combine the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Moong dal dosa Ingredients: Moong dal: 1 cup Red chilli: 2 Garlic: 1 clove Fennel seed: 1 teaspoon Tomato: small piece Salt: as required Oil: as needed Preparation Soak the moong dal in water for two hours. Grind the batter. Drain the water and grind the dal with garlic, red chili, fennel seeds, tomato, and salt. Add water to achieve a smooth batter. The consistency should be neither too thick nor too thin. Fermentation is not required. Allow it to rest for 15 minutes. Prepare the dosa. Heat a cast iron or any dosa pan, add a few drops of oil, and rub the pan with an onion slice or tissue paper. Pour a ladle of batter and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa. (Dosa tawa should be medium heat). Drizzle a few drops of oil or ghee. Cook until the top is golden and crisp. If desired, add toppings such as onion, coriander leaves, and curry leaves.
