Stir fry udon noodles



 Yaki udon noodles are a popular Japanese dish. yaki refers to a fried or grilled dish.  Udon refers to the type of noodle which is thicker and chewier than other noodles. WE can make this noodle with Vegetables, shrimp, chicken. tofu .minced meat. Its very easy to make. Minced garlic and 5 ingredients of sauces gives more flavorful in these recipe. udon noodles are ready to stir fry under 10 minutes. For this recipe i made only with vegetables. you can add as your choices


Ingredients 

1 bowl large of cooked and drained Udon noodles

1 sliced onion
1 garlic clove minced.
1/4 cup Beans 
1/4 cup carrot
1/2 cabbage 

Sause


2 tablespoon of Soya sauce
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce 
2 tablespoon chilli sauce 
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar

Garnishing


Spring onion and sesame seeds, or roasted peanuts.

  1. Preparation


  • 1 bowl of udon noodles cooked and drained.
  • Heat a sesame oil in large wok, add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for another minutes until fragnent.
  • Add all the vegetables and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.


  • Add the cooked udon noodles and stir fry for 2 minutes, until there are well mixed with vegetable mixture.

  • Add all the sauces given above and stir fry for another minutes. 
  • Add some salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the stir-fried udon noodles into a plate.
  • Garnish with finely chopped spring onion and sesame seeds.
   
  • Serve it immediately

  4. Add all the vegetables and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

  5. Add the cooked udon noodles and stir fry for 2 minutes, until they are well mixed with vegetable mixture.

  6. Add all the sauces given above and stir fry for another minute. 

  7. Add some salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Transfer the stir-fried udon noodles onto a plate.

  9. Garnish with finely chopped spring onion and sesame seeds.

  10. Serve it immediately

Moong dal dosa

Moong dal dosa Ingredients: Moong dal: 1 cup Red chilli: 2 Garlic: 1 clove Fennel seed: 1 teaspoon Tomato: small piece Salt: as required Oil: as needed Preparation Soak the moong dal in water for two hours. Grind the batter. Drain the water and grind the dal with garlic, red chili, fennel seeds, tomato, and salt. Add water to achieve a smooth batter. The consistency should be neither too thick nor too thin. Fermentation is not required. Allow it to rest for 15 minutes. Prepare the dosa. Heat a cast iron or any dosa pan, add a few drops of oil, and rub the pan with an onion slice or tissue paper. Pour a ladle of batter and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa. (Dosa tawa should be medium heat). Drizzle a few drops of oil or ghee. Cook until the top is golden and crisp. If desired, add toppings such as onion, coriander leaves, and curry leaves.
