Egg masala cheese sandwich


Egg masala cheese sandwich -  Sandwich is easy and stuffed breakfast. Can  also have it as evening snack.  Have this sandwich hot. Eat it hot to enjoy its flavor. Can be served for 3 members.






INGREDIENTS 

Bread slice - 6 nos
Onion - Finely chopped 3 medium sized onion (100 gm)
Tomato - 2 Tablespoon
capsicum - 1/4 cup
ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilly powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 1 bunch
Coriander leaves - Hand full
Butter - 4 Tbsp
Italian herbs pinch ( optional) 

PREPARATION

Heat 2 table spoon of butter in the pan, Add finely chopped onion and curry leaves, saute onion until it attains glass stage.

    
Add half teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, Saute until there is no raw smell of it.
 
  
 Then add finely chopped tomato and capsicum. Saute it.


Also add the spices, Red chilly powder, garam masala and salt, Saute for 2 minutes. Cook till 80% cooked.

 

 Now add 3 eggs and pinch of salt and pepper, mix it well, cook till 80 % .
Switch of the flame, Add coriander leaves, close with lid for 2 minutes.

               

Now take a bread. apply tomato ketchup onto the bread, then spread the egg masala evenly.










For topping, add cheese and pinch of herbs. Spread the butter in Griddle, toast the bread for 2 minutes both side in medium flame. Once the bread turns golden.


    

Serve it hot the delicious egg cheese masala sandwich

Moong dal dosa

Moong dal dosa Ingredients: Moong dal: 1 cup Red chilli: 2 Garlic: 1 clove Fennel seed: 1 teaspoon Tomato: small piece Salt: as required Oil: as needed Preparation Soak the moong dal in water for two hours. Grind the batter. Drain the water and grind the dal with garlic, red chili, fennel seeds, tomato, and salt. Add water to achieve a smooth batter. The consistency should be neither too thick nor too thin. Fermentation is not required. Allow it to rest for 15 minutes. Prepare the dosa. Heat a cast iron or any dosa pan, add a few drops of oil, and rub the pan with an onion slice or tissue paper. Pour a ladle of batter and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa. (Dosa tawa should be medium heat). Drizzle a few drops of oil or ghee. Cook until the top is golden and crisp. If desired, add toppings such as onion, coriander leaves, and curry leaves.
