Bombay masala sandwich



 Bombay masala sandwich is flavorsome snack. it's an Appetizing and healthy recipe which could be done at home easily. made with potato and mint chutney. 


Ingredients

Potato - 2 big
Ginger garlic crushed - 1 teaspoon
Bread 
Coriander leaves - small amount
Chilly powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chat masala - 1.2 teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt
For mint chutney
Mint leaves hand full
Coriander leaves hand full
Green chilly - 3
Coconut - small  piece
Tamarind - half gooseberry sized

Method

Boil the potatoes. smash it well.
Take a kadai, add some mustard seeds, cumin seeds and 1/2 teaspoon of coriander seeds. leave it to sizzle.

Add onion and ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon. sauté it for two minutes.
 

Now add 1 teaspoon of red chilly powder,1/2 teaspoon of chat masala, saute it in low flame. add capsicum. sauté well 



Add mashed potatoes saute till it is roasted well.
Saute it for 2 minutes. finally garnish with coriander leaves.



Mint chutney

In mixie jar. add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilly, garlic, coconut add small piece of tamarind, and a grind it into fine paste.


For assembling

Take 2 bread slices, Spread the mint chutney, place the potatoes. for topping. add tomatoes and onion,  finally sprinkle pinch of chat masala.  Spread the butter on both outer side. toast it till it turns golden texture. finally garnish with cheese.




















Serve it hot!

Mutton minced dosa / Madurai Kari dosai

   Kari dosa or  mutton keema dosa, Madurai kari dosai is famous in Madurai, a city in the state of Tamil Nadu. Made with mutton keema and mixed spices. We can also make semi mutton gravy and use it as topping which will gives more flavor for the dosai. Kari dosa is served with coconut chutney.  Ingredients for kari dosai Mutton boneless - 200 gram Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon. Onion - 1 no's medium sized Tomato - 1 medium sized. Red chilli powder - ½ teaspoon  Coriander Powder ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder - ¼ teaspoon Garam masala - ½ teaspoon Salt Oil - 2 tablespoon. Curry leaves - 1 bunch. Red chillies - 2 Preparation In the cooker, add red Chilli, Cumin seeds, Curry leaves let it sizzle. Add onion, sauté it, until it becomes translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté it until raw smell comes out. Add finely chopped tomato and sauté for 2 minutes.  Add all masala one by one and mutton pieces. Mix it well.
